All submitted PayQuiq forms will be sent to reports in the database that can be easily exported to excel and printed if needed for filing purposes. Reports can be filtered to search for a specific member and are stored in our server so that you can locate past forms and member information. Filter options and page breaks will allow your staff to print only the information they need to keep filed in a hard copy.
With PayQuiq’s new Pre-Fill service forms can be pre-filled with information your members previously submitted, and sent to each of your members with their custom information already completed. These forms can be updated by your members and resubmitted right back to PayQuiq.
PayQuiq forms can be customized to include information about the child’s learning abilities, likes and dislikes, medical information, payments etc. Our forms can be as long or as short as you need and can be created using our accordion fields which makes navigating the form much easier for parents.
